Journal of phonetics and Audiology brings articles in all areas related to Audiology, Tinnitus,  Deafness, Ear Test, Audiometric Tests, Clinical Audiology, Pediatric Audiology, Diagnostic Audiology, Hearing Implants, , Noise-induced Hearing Loss, etc.

All works published by Longdom Publishing are under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License. This permits anyone to copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the work provided the original work and source is appropriately cited. JMI strongly supports the Open Access initiative. All published articles will be assigned DOI provided by Cross Ref. Journal of Phonetics & Audiology will keep up-to- date the latest advances in the field of audiology. Abstracts and full texts (HTML, PDF and XML format) of all articles published by Journal of Phonetics & Audiology are freely accessible to everyone immediately after publication. Journal of Phonetics & Audiology supports the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing.

This scientific journal is using Editorial Tracking System for maintaining quality in peer review process. Review processing is performed by the editorial board members of Journal of Phonetics & Audiology or by outside experts. Minimum two independent reviewers approval followed by editor approval is mandatory for acceptance of any manuscript.

Authors may submit manuscripts and track their progress through the Editorial tracking system. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process.

It is quite evident from Google Analytics data that browser, viewers, and users are constantly visiting the web page of the journal from various quarters of the world 24×7. It was observed that approximately (505) visitors have accessed the journal pages for reading and deriving information for their use . Our reader base originates from both developing and developed Nations. Readers from all the continents were found to visit our website the proportion of their distribution was as follows: India (56.04%), USA (11.29%), South Korea (4.16%) ,Poland (2.57%) , United Kingdom (1.98%), Indonesia (1.98%) Iran (1.98%). The average time spent by a visitor per session of 2 min indicated that their visit is not mere drop in but for availing the facility with some purpose which include viewing, reading, downloading and navigating. Sections of scientific literature including current issues and archives has recorded highest visibility and readership indicted that there exists profound interest in our published content. The journal has also taken keen interest in profiling the affiliations and academic achievements of authors and editors and the number of clicks on their web page show tremendous interest among the visitors. Concomitantly, this also resulted in wider recognition of the authors and editors and their contributions among medical research community.
